You’ll be able to go back to your usual diet. If you had unhealthy eating habits before going on the HCG diet, be sure not to return to your old ways once the diet is done. Eat a healthy, balanced diet that’s high in essential vitamins and minerals. Workout regularly and drink lots of water. This will help you maintain your weight.
